Elevenfour License 2.0

The legal language of this license is German. Translations are for your convenience only. In the event of translation errors or ambiguities, the original German-language text applies.

Subsidiary agreements must be in writing. Verbal subsidiary agreements are terminated in advance.

Applicability

This license applies to selected styles, designs and plugins from "Elevenfour". By downloading the styles / designs / plugins you agree to be bound to this license. It can be viewed online before downloading. Should one of the provisions stated in this license be or become invalid, the validity of the license and the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

Elevenfour does not grant any guarantees regarding the functionality or suitability for a specific purpose of a style / design / plugin. Styles / designs / plugins were created with the best of our knowledge and belief, but errors and / or data loss can never be completely ruled out. The user is responsible for backups of their system.

Downloads and usage are as-is and without guarantee.

You Must Not…

• pass on the style / design / plugin or parts thereof - neither free of charge nor paid. It is not permitted to offer the products on other pages than Elevenfour.net or WoltLab.com,
• use the styles / designs / plugins offered by Elevenfour on sites with illegal / offensive content (e.g. pornography, warez, racist content),
• remove, change or manipulate copyright notices,
• Make adjustments to color / layout / design etc. Changes are generally prohibited unless they have been expressly permitted in the following.
• Use styles / plugins or parts thereof beyond the intended purpose

You May…

• adjust the width of the style / design
• replace or adjust the logo to your needs
• change the font/ typeface
• use the styles / designs / plugins in commercial and non-commercial web projects for your own needs (no distribution!)
• change background images of the site (body) and header and/or footer area
• Expand the style / design to other areas of your own website under the following conditions (e.g. use for a WordPress theme)
  • The copyright of Elevenfour must be included in the footer in the same way
  • the look and feel of the design must not be changed,
  • Passing on the newly created files (e.g. of the theme) is not permitted,
  • The style must still be used on your side in at least one installation of the WoltLab Suite (needs to be active and selectable).
